Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Manvori account and the data linked to it at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email manikanta@chithraguptha.site with the subject “Delete my Manvori account”.
- Include the phone number you use to sign in to Manvori, so we can find your account.
- We may reply to confirm the request came from you before deleting anything.
What we delete
- Your account, phone number and profile information.
- Birth details and the astrology context calculated from them.
- Your conversations, including Soul Room messages.
- Product visit events linked to your account.
What we may keep, and for how long
We complete deletion within 30 days of confirming your request. Encrypted backups are overwritten on their normal cycle within a further 30 days. Crash and diagnostic reports held by our analytics providers are not linked to your account and expire under those providers’ retention settings. We keep only what we are legally required to keep, and only for as long as the law requires.
